NEEV is the Annual B-School festival of Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development, SCMHRD Pune. NEEV, in its 19th year has risen to be counted amongst the crème de la crème of business school fests and has broken all barriers with an explosion of passion, bringing together the various verticals of management and cultural events. Taking place on the 19th, 20th, 21st December, NEEV 2014 brings to you ‘The Infinite Leap’ – to portray the endless possibilities that the human mind and spirit can achieve if we overcome our inner inhibitions. With over 20 competitions and collaboration with leading companies and industrialists, NEEV attracts participation from the top 40 B-schools of the country. Above all, the flagship event of NEEV - AUGUSTUS, is a hunt for India’s best student manager, which presents the champion with an award worth INR 2 Lakhs. AUGUSTUS has received critical acclaim for its ability to challenge and push its participants to an extent they have never before imagined. Amongst all the grueling business games, NEEV also presents a plethora of cultural events that brings out the creativity in us all. Over the years, NEEV has witnessed enthralling performances by bands like Euphoria, Agnee, Indian Ocean, Parikrama, the Raghu Dixit Project and international acts like Akcent and Sunburn Campus. Bringing together a unique blend of International and Indian artists, NEEV 2014 presents “Lost Stories” in association with VH1 Supersonic and MTV Bollyland featuring Kanika Kapoor and DJ NYK. NEEV also conducts The Atlantis Diaries, which brings together a combination of talented and accomplished people who have achieved great success in their careers, to share their experiences with the budding minds of our country. This year NEEV brings to you Ganesh Natarajan – Vice Chairman and CEO, Zensar Technologies and Member of Chairman’s Council – NASSCOM, Ashwini Malhotra – MD, Weikfield and Chairman of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) of Maharashtra State Council and Rehan Poncha – Olympian Swimmer and Arjun Awardee. Also the Guest of Honour for the opening ceremony of Neev will be Sumit Chowdhury (President Reliance Gio Infocomm). This NEEV, it’s time to break away from your daily routine and reminisce in the joy of togetherness. Life is made of small moments like these – when the voices fade and images blur and all you can remember are the crazy flashes and the people you saw through the blaze of light.
